You have the right to make a complaint, to exercise the right to complain about the goods, you must inform us of your decision by attaching the completed complaint form to the goods under complaint, and send the goods to the address provided. You can also submit a complaint in a different form of declaration, containing information about such a decision.
If the complaint is accepted, we will immediately refund the funds for the advertised products, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the advertised product. We will refund the funds using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction.
